Tracey Willetts

Tracey joined West Midlands Police in 1988, and transferred to Leicestershire in 2003.

 Most of her service has been in uniformed operational across all three ranks with experience in Domestic Violence/child protection working and Learning and Development. She has also been a staff officer to the CC and DCC.

She is currently a Neighbourhood Commander at Leicestershire Police. She is PSU Commander and is a qualified assessor and internal verifier.

Tracey is a Federation Representative and the Equality lead and Inspectors Reserved seat for Leicestershire Police Federation.

She has four children…eldest is 25, youngest is seven and lives near Melton Mowbray in Leicestershire. Has a passion for anything historical and have almost completed a degree via the Open University.  She likes running and walking her large, hairy dog!

Tracey believes in fairness and equality and assisting those under-represented in the  organisation. She is a mentor and coach.  Her motto is, ‘that if you believe in yourself anything is possible!’
